It looks like a most unusual date season ahead. With the hot weather in March and current high temps, dates are ripening earlier and size may be smaller. Yellow Barhi will be a shorter season. Come for yellows sooner rather than later.
We plan to OPEN for the season Sunday, August 16th
AUGUST OPEN DAYS/HOURS starting August 16th
Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00a - 1:00p
SEPTEMBER OPEN DAYS/HOURS
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays from 8:30a - 2:00p
OPEN on Monday September 7 (Labor Day) from 9:00-2:00p
CLOSED on Tuesday September 8
Along with the Yellow Barhi, we expect to have Medjool, Amir Hajj, ripe Barhi, Halawi and Khadrawi when we open in August. Followed by Abbada, Zahidi, Khalassa and Deglet Noor as they ripen.
Yellows will be packed in 30 lb. boxes, you can also buy in smaller quantities. If you want more than a couple of 30 lb. boxes let us know ahead of time. Depending on the day you may be abele to pack your own 30 lb. boxes.
Days are hot, bring your water and hats - dress for sun protection and wear appropriate shoes for the date garden.
Hours are subject to change if rainy or extremly hot.
The 9 varieties we grow are Abbada, Amir Hajj, Barhi, Deglet Noor, Halawi, Khadrawi, Khalassa, Medjool and Zahidi.
All sales are final.
